Unable to log in, our account is saying "suspended"

    Hello,

    Our account is saying "suspended" when trying to log in. I changed the password and we are getting the same message. I thought we had a free account, but I am not sure. 

    Our account is for Rescue Bank. Updated login info is:

    User: jimkober

    We apologize for the inconvenience. It was suspended in error by our phishing detector system. I have checked it, and there is nothing that would violate our terms. Your account "jimkober" is active again.
