[CLOSED] My form link isn't working? Is server down?

I tried embedding the form on my wedding website but its not showing up as it should and is instead giving me an error message. When I try to go to the link it takes a while to load and then I am taken to an error page. Now when I go onto my company's jotform account which is on hipaa they don't seem to be experiencing this issue. What could be the problem?
