You can get the audio recordings in the PDF/Excel report.

For exporting only some submissions from individual forms, please follow this guide:

There is an option to protect files on the Settings page of your account. You may lift privacy settings, which require login to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
