When I try to submit a test entry on the form I just built, I don't see a space for my Adobe Sign.  It is just an empty white space and underneath it the Signature date field which has been prepopulated with today's date.  Why isn't the widget showing up on the first page?

Then oddly, on the second page there should be one other Adobe Sign widget because these 2 pages will generate 2 separate PDFs.  However, when I am filling out my form, the second page has 2 Adobe Sign boxes -- and none of them work.

    Please help and thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Kindly try to remove the Adobe Sign widget and add it back again on your form then authenticate it with your account. If the issue still persists please try to access your form on an incognito window, to verify if its an issue with your browser's cache and let us know how it went.

    Hi Krislei,

Is it possible to have 2 Adobe Sign widgets in the same form? I created a test form with only 1 Adobe Sign widget and it worked.  I am wondering now if it's because I inserted 2 signature widgets in one form that's making it not function. Thanks!

Yes, you were right. The Form can have only a single Adobe eSign widget. If you add two widgets then both of them stop working. Let me escalate this to our backend team to review this further.

    Thanks.
