Will moving forms out of my JotForm folder solve the 100MB limit problem?

    I recently created a Drop Box and Jot Form account and ran into the problem of submitted files approaching or exceeding 100MB of storage.  If I move the files out of my Jot Form folder and put them into another Drop Box folder, will that solve the problem?

    Yes if you delete/move uploaded files from your JotForm account the issue of 100 MB limit will be resolved.

    I moved the files as noted, but I just received a notice that my forms were disabled. There’s only one form at http://jotform.us/form/31208362698156; could it be restored?

    @DrTonyLo

    I see that your account is already in OVERLIMIT status. I see all the upload files are still there in your JotForm account.

    You need to upgrade to be able to get access to your form.

    Maybe the account was coded "OVERLIMIT" when the files were originally placed in the folder, but right now the folder is empty and has been for a few hours.  When I sign in to Drop Box, they are clearly seperate.  Earlier you said this would solve the problem,..

    I said that the files needs to be removed from your JotForm account. The files in your dropbox account has no impact on JotForm limits.
