Why have my forms stopped sending to my email address?

    Your forms has a missing field that is why it's not sending email notification. Please fix it then try testing your form again and see if you will receive notification.

    Think I have fixed this issue. But. Ow why are my forms coming up labeled
    Oklahoma Poodles??? See screenshot attached.

    To clarify, you are not able to receive notification emails and your form title has changed?

    May we know the mobile device you're using to access the JotForm Mobile Form app?

    I have now fixed the emails
    Coming through to me. But it now it has “Oklahoma Poodles” on it! See
    attached. How
    Do I get rid of this?? This is not my company!!
