    I'm trying to update the payment details with a new credit card, but don't seem able to. When I try to edit the card details, it takes me to a screnn with payment istory but just states subscription cancelled. Could you please advise how I amend the details to continue with the paid subscription?

    What you need to do is to re-upgrade using your updated CC as your previous subscription was cancelled because the system was unable to charge to your old payment method info

    So, simply go to the pricing page and choose the plan to re-upgrade

    It's saying my current plan is 'premium'. I've tied downgrading in order to upgrade again, but nothing appears to be happening...

    I set it back to free, you can do it now. If you still have problems, log out, clear your browser cache and log back in
