Conditions Questions

Is there a way to have one condition with multiple actions versus having to do a condition for each.

For example, I have a field called "Broker Name" and have a condition that when a name is entered into this field, the condition inserts their associated email address into the "Broker Email" field.

I have other fields that I want to do similarly, however, I will have more than a handful of names and associated emails and wondering if there is a different way to do this?  as doing each name and email address into a condition for multiple name / email fields is very tedious.

    Thank you for your reply.

You can use the spreadsheet to form widget. Please refer to this user guide for more details: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

Here is a demo form: https://form.jotform.com/200224221531031

When you will type Broker1 or Broker2 it will automatically detect and fill in the email address filed when you will click auto-complete fields.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

On the Widget can the Broker Name field be a dropdown from the spreadsheet?  Then that Broker Name selected fills in the email address?

You can configure the email ids in the dropdown by enabling the calculation values.

Next, add a condition to copy the value from drop down to the email field.

    Hope this helps!

That is very helpful. One more quick question. Can the same Calculation fields be used in multiple places?
i.e. Under the Broker name I have fields for Producer Name – this will be the same list used for the Broker Name. Assuming I need to re-insert the calculation fields or can I duplicate and change the field name?
But that is way easier than doing an individual condition.

If the Producer name would also be a drop-down then you could duplicate the field and then rename it.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

Got it. Thank you for all your help on this one.
Regarding the Jotform Mobile App, not sure if you can answer this one for me. This same form has a few invitees to provide access via the mobile app. The question is can any of their submissions display within the app.
In other words, submissions already in JotForm. Is there a way to also show them in the app or would just those moving forward submitted through app be available?
Hope this makes sense. Thank you again.
