Display field problem

This is all happening in desktop (not mobile).  I have display fields on my form called regular hours, overtime hours and doubletime hours.  In my jotform online inbox the form displays correctly as regular hours but in my Outlook email it displays as "number".  It hasn't always been this way, only in the last week has it started this problem.  How do I get it to display correctly?  Thank you!

To which form is your issue related to? It seems that the field labels are incorrect inside of your Email Notification. You can edit the Email Notification template and update them, or you can delete the Email Notification and create a new one to resolve this issue.
