Quote for renewal of subscription

My boss, Gareth Flanagan has asked for a quote as if the software agreement will expire soon, so that he can use the price tag as reference in budget approval for year 2020.

Please produce a quote for renewing the software and their maintenance costs.

Hi Henry -  May we know if you're referring to the "NELBadmin" account? I can see that it is currently subscribed to Silver Yearly via direct credit card billing. It will be renewed automatically on July 31st, 2020 and will produce a new INVOICE.

If you wish to have a quote before purchasing another subscription, you may pay via Purchase Order. Please follow this guide on How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Purchase-Order.

I also suggest cancelling the subscription before it expires so it won't be renewed. Once you cancel, the account will remain on Silver until July 30th and will be downgraded back to FREE after the said date. You can then upgrade via Purchase Order as mentioned above.

But if the INVOICE will suffice as a quote (though it was already charged upon automatic renewal), then cancellation is no longer required. You can just log in to the account to view the latest INVOICE. Here's a guide on How-to-Check-Invoices.
