I received an email saying I was approaching the 100MB limit and that my forms would be disabled at noon. I removed files from the JotForm folder and was told by this support team that would solve the problem. But noon came and my form was disabled anyway, even with an empty JotForm folder. How can I get it reactivated?

I see that you have used approx 203 MB of upload space. I see all the uploaded files are still there in jotform account.
As your account is already in OVERLIMIT status, you need to upgrade your account.
