When redirected to the Thank You Page, it redirects to the bottom of the page and the customer sees a blank page. Only if they realize that they need to scroll up, they will see the Thank You Message.

How can I get the Thank you Page display the message only?

Screenshot #120419 shows what they see when completing the form.

Screenshot #120420 shows what they see if they scroll up.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused.

May you please try changing the embed method?

Kindly try using the iFrame code instead, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If the problem persists, let us know.

Unfortunately, when using iframes it's almost impossible to fill the form using a mobile devise. some buttons and content of the form becomes hidden without the ability to scroll. Can you provide me with another alternative?

Actually, iFrame works very good for many of our clients. We would strongly recommend it.

If you copy the iFrame code correctly, almost nothing can break the form on your website. Since the form is displayed inside an iFrame, it will not conflict with anything on your page.

Please add the iFrame code on your page, so we can check the form again. It may need additional adjustments.

We will wait for your response.

Ok, I just changed it to iframe again. I had a couple of customers come in to the office today because the iframe form was acting up, not properly displaying on their mobile devise (which I saw) and not going through...jumping back to the first page.

Please advise. I don't want to leave the iframe form too long at its current state because we'll lose money with it.

    Thank you!

I've been testing your form and it seems to be working properly while using the iFrame embed method, here is an example about my test:

Unfortunate, I cannot submit it as it requires payment information. May you please let us know the browser and device you're using while replicating the issues you mentioned?

We will perform some tests on similar environments in order to try to replicate the issue.

    Looking forward to your response.

As I mentioned the issue is on mobile devices, mainly iphones.

I tested on iPhone 11 Pro. Your form was working fine.

Can you please provide the exact model of your device, so we can try to replicate the issue?

    Looking forward to your response.

Sorry, but I don't know all the phone models that our customers use. All I can tell you is that we had more than 10 customers complaining that they can't see the submit button.

The embedded code has worked for us much better, and always had problems with the way the iframe displays. Therefore, I would prefer to have the code embedded instead of iframe, but than the issue is the thank you page, which was the initial reason I submitted a ticket.

If you can just help me figure how to properly display the 'thank you page' that would be great.

    Thanks!

    Thanks.

    Kevin,

I need to change the forms from iframe deployment to embedded. We are getting complaints and losing business. Let me know if you have any updates for me.

    Thanks you!

    Apologies for the delay.

I've been performing some tests and was able to replicate the issue, it seems like the form does not redirect to the thank you page and instead it redirects to the very top, at least on my case.

    Here's an example about it:

I will be forward this to our back-end team so we can have this further checked, we will keep you updated via this thread.

    Thanks.
