Hello,
We have been asked by our customers to allow for the cells to auto populate their contact information, including address and phone numbers.
Also, could there be a history/ reorder function for repeated orders from the same customer?

It is very possible to auto-populate fields in your form for a repeat customer or any customers that you already have information on. To do this you can utilize our Spreadsheet to Form widget, where you match the headers from a spreadsheet to the fields in your form and have the fields auto-fill.
This method will require that you keep a spreadsheet with your customer information and have them organized by a unique code. When a user enters their unique code into the form they will be matched by the spreadsheet and the specific fields will be auto-populated.
