I haven't been able to import JPG images of late. Could it be that I have too many images already? And how can I delete unused ones?

Hi @ResumeProducts, thanks for reaching out!

It appears that your account limits are all under the threshold, so I do not believe that to be the case. You can read more about account limits below:

    Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits

To further test, can you please try first creating a new Autoresponder email. And test uploading an image into the email content.

Please make sure to save the autoresponder with the image inserted in the email content. Then afterward, add an Image field on the form then check if the image uploaded now exist in the upload library. Let us know how it goes so we can further investigate.

As always, if you have any further concerns regarding this topic please feel free to reach back out, we are more than happy to help!

I tried adding Email under Form Elements, but it's not doing anything. I couldn't find a search button for Autoresponder Email. All of this is confusing me. I just want it to work. :(

Are you trying to display a new image on your form? I see that you have added an Image field, but you have not uploaded any image on it:

Please click on the "CHOOSE A FILE" button, then click on the UPLOAD A FILE, so you can upload your image from your local drive:

If you received an error message, please take a screenshot of it, and share it on this forum thread as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

It's not letting me do so, it keeps coming up Server Error on any image I try to add or change. :(

Also, someone told me how I can delete photos that were placed in the Image Properties section. I can't find that, can you paste it below again? TIA

I cleared your form cache on our server. After that, I checked the form and I can see that there's no more extra image box on it.

Please check it again and let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you.

Please try optimizing the image size and try to save it with a proper name. The form builder can parse the name, but we suggest a proper one so the system does not need to do it, which will sometimes cause a problem on images not being displayed on browsers.

    Example, like this:

    https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/99273_ResumeProducts_banner.jpg

    To delete an image:

    1. Go the form builder

    2. Add an Image field.

    3. Click Choose File button

    4. Click My Images tab

    5. Select the image you want to delete

    6. Click Delete Selected button;
