Why does my Jot Form say "Now Create Your Own Jot Form"

I don't want everyone to know what I use for my system.

I don't event want jotform to show up in the brower url.

It's too easy for people to try and copy what we are doing. 

I definitely don't want to advertise for JotForm to get people watching your site & your brand. It should have my branding at the end of the email.

I'm paying $100/month for you to advertise to my users?

This sucks. 

Great program. We've done some amazing stuff with jotform, but i am big on branding. It is the core of our marketing strategy.

Showing your stuff is not a good thing for me. Anyway around this?
