What is the connection of this company & the contact info I just submitted?

What is the connection of this company & the contact info I just submitted in order to get a car wrap income producing offer? I submitted my interest & contact info & get an email from (jotform)?
I do not understand the reason or the connection to a Samsung Car Wtap?
