I need user in my site be able to access the response for a specific form request.
For example: user populate a contact form in my site, this contact form response URL will be saved with this user in my site so he can always clikced on it and see what he populated.
this is quite basic request, as its obvious that a user who populate data need to have access to the form population later for view or EDIT (this exist also in google forms - you get URL with your populated data for ach instance).
so how do I get this URL for each population? is it via your URL post re-direct as a parameter ?

Thank you for contacting us.
It is quite simple to add a submission edit link to the form Email Notification / Autoresponder:
If this is not enough we can try to find some other solution. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

That works if they will not submit the form data on the form. If they will proceed and hit submit button, all the data will not be saved anymore - so its called "Save Form and Continue Later". You may however try that one - that works best if they continue later on the same and other computer.
Also, edit function is not using a general link. It uses a custom ID and you are not able to capture this ID when embedding "edit function" to your website.
Best way for that is to use the guide provided by my colleague into the form Auto Responder Settings (Setting Up Form Autoresponder).

Thanks, not sure I understand your answer. I need the edit URL (that you explain how to embed in the email autoresponder) to be sent to my website , not as email but in other mean. any idea ?>

That is not possible to embed or get the edit URL and paste it to your website. Because, it uses a system generated numbers for Submissions ID. There's is no general link that your user can click and bring them into their submissions to edit.
I hope I explain it well.

Sorry, still confused, as you explained and showed me that there is a unique EDIT url that user can click and edit a form, however, this edit URL is ent in email and hence, my question is how can I get this edit url in other means (e.g. in the post redirect or other) so I can use it in my site. I can try parse the email but it seems like solving it in wrong way.,

You can try creating a customize thank you page. Try copying the HTML source of the email template into the custom thank you page.
Please test this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31227765529965? It generates an edit link in the thank you page.
As mentioned already by Welvin, the submissions ID# is dynamic(it is unique always), so, it is not possible to create a pre-determined static URL for the edit link that you can easily put in your own web page.
Hope this help. Inform us if you have more question.

Please maybe you can create something special for me, its very very basic requirment to be able to edit a form after submission, google forms has it, it shows you the link to the edit on screen (not in email). It seems that the customize thank you page you created above does just that ? if so, how can I get this edit URL to my site, will post request work ? please help

Yes you can have that on thank you page like the sample form provided by my colleague if you've tested it. Simply use the following edit URL.
Make sure to replace the highlighted number with your form ID.
After that, add that URL on your form thank you message. You can further customize it in any way you want.
We also have a full guide for that which uses buttons, Confirmation Page Tricks.
Do let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!
