Why the platform left only with annual payment?

    hello good morning someone who help me

    I made my payment with the monthly mode but on its platform I only left annual payment which, as the payment urges me to not deactivate the annual page service, took me $ 39 but now it expires I am urged that my payment is transferred to monthly because it was an error in your payment platform that did not give the monthly option for someone to help me


    platform charged us badly and left me without service

    I see that your account was holding Silver monthly plan since April 2019. I see that it has been renewed on Jan 18, 2020. However, I notice that there is another charge of $39 on Jan 24, 2020. The account is good in standing and we couldn't find any annual subscription payments.

    Could you check your credit card statement to see if you were actually charged on Jan 18 and Jan 24 for the monthly plan so that we can refund one of the payments?
