    JotForm can be used to subscribe third-party html forms?

    Asked by dianeticslibropadova on May 04, 2013 at 03:22 AM

    Hello to all.
    First of all sorry for my bad english.

    I would use JotForm to fill in fields of html form.
    The form of third parties which are made in html, have unpleasant aesthetics.

    This is an example of the form that I would like to create and I would be filled by visitors with a form of JotForm:

    <form action="http://anti-dieta.it/?wpr-optin=1" method="post">
      <span class="wpr-subform-hidden-fields">
      <input type="hidden" name="blogsubscription" value="none" />
        <input type="hidden" name="followup" value="autoresponder" />
      <input type="hidden" name="responder" value="3" />
      <input type="hidden" name="comment" value="" style="display:none" />
        <input type="hidden" name="newsletter" value="3" />
          <input type="hidden" name="fid" value="2" />
          </span>
      <table>
        <tr>
          <td><span class="wprsfl wprsfl-name">Name:</span></td>
          <td><span class="wprsftf wpr-subform-textfield-name">
            <input type="text" name="name" /></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td><span class="wprsfl wprsfl-email">E-Mail:</span></td>
          <td><span class="wprsftf wpsftf-email">
            <input type="text" name="email" />
            </span>
        </tr>
                <tr>
          <td colspan="2" align="center"><input type="submit" value="Iscriviti" /></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td colspan="2" align="center"></td>
        </tr>
      </table>
    </form>

    all fields are hidden except 2 visible fields:
    Email and name.

    This is a standard form used by a plug-in for wordpress to create a newsletter subscription form.

    I do not know html language perfectly, so I could not find solution so far.

    Hello everyone and thank you

    Yes: I use a plugin of wordpress that create newsletter function:
    WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin

    This plugin create also a subscription form. This can be placed, with a html code, into side-bar or into other place.

    The problem is that the appearence of this forms is very ugly!

    I would like to use the potential of jotform to create opt-in subscription form for this plugin.

    WP Autoresponder create a form like this:

    <form action="http://anti-dieta.it/?wpr-optin=1" method="post">
      <span class="wpr-subform-hidden-fields">
      <input type="hidden" name="blogsubscription" value="none" />
        <input type="hidden" name="followup" value="autoresponder" />
      <input type="hidden" name="responder" value="3" />
      <input type="hidden" name="comment" value="" style="display:none" />
        <input type="hidden" name="newsletter" value="3" />
          <input type="hidden" name="fid" value="2" />
          </span>
      <table>
        <tr>
          <td><span class="wprsfl wprsfl-name">Name:</span></td>
          <td><span class="wprsftf wpr-subform-textfield-name">
            <input type="text" name="name" /></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td><span class="wprsfl wprsfl-email">E-Mail:</span></td>
          <td><span class="wprsftf wpsftf-email">
            <input type="text" name="email" />
            </span>
        </tr>
                <tr>
          <td colspan="2" align="center"><input type="submit" value="Iscriviti" /></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
          <td colspan="2" align="center"></td>
        </tr>
      </table>
    </form>

    I'm not able to interface this code with jotform :-(

    Hi,

    You may just consider creating a form that collects the name and email address of your customers. Add them manually to your WordPress Newsletter Plugin or add them through import function - if it has. You can download the submission as CSV to import: Generate CSV Report

    Or, you may consider integrating your form to;

    MailChimp Integration

    Campaign Monitor Integration

    Aweber Integration

    Constant Contact Integration

    Mad Mimi Integration

    Thanks
