Is there a settings thats allows me to send a copy of the submission upon completion

Is there a setting that allows me (or the person completing the form) to make sure they receive a copy upon completion?

Is there a way to create an input so they can get a copy too once they click submit? Like a confirmation....Would you like a copy of this form sent? If so, where?

You need to add an Email field to collect email addresses and then create an autoresponder email so the user submitted to your form will receive a copy of the submission. You can also customize the email content the way you want.
