    Why is my Jotform still disabled after I have enabled it in my form settings?

    Hi,

    I checked your form and it is suspended because it is collecting IDs. Please check our terms of use for more information: https://www.jotform.com/terms/

    We need to remove the guilty fields so we can activate your account back to good status.
