Form isn't updating

    my form isn't updating. i've changed font, colour, size and even background colour but each time i save (using script) and refresh (and hard refresh) in various browsers the changes never appear.

    Now, i have personalised form field information missing from the auto responder email.  The field names are missing from my 'thank you' email. but they appear in the downloadable .csv file

    how do i know they're using the correct code, i.e. {yourName1}

    could it be the caching issue i've heard mentioned?

    could someone fix this promptly please?

    To reiterate, to be able to quickly view the changes you will need to change your script source URL from http://form.jotform.com, to http://www.jotform.com

    As for your problem with your email notification and auto-respond emailer, can you remove and create a new one for each? Just to be sure that all fields from the form are loaded properly.
