Unable to download the submissions from the submission page

    i have tried on several different browsers and 3 different computers

    the download fails every time around 120mb say network error

    please can you help or at least ive me a link dso i can download the files as i need them before monday

    Hi @mick1610!

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing, I am more than happy to assist you with your inquiry.


    It seems like this issue may be caused by your privacy settings in your account. As you can see in the screenshot below you have required log-in to be able to see uploaded files. So, if you are not currently logged in to your account when downloading files, you will not be permitted to.

    I suggest changing this privacy setting and then trying to download the files again. Please do get back to us with your results so that we may investigate this matter further if necessary, we look forward to your response

    hi

    i am trying to download the uploads from the submissiosn page down the bottom where it says "download all uploads"

    i have also tried downloading from the my account section both give same result

    aslo have tried downloading from a different network and a mobile network

    all have same result this is with firefox chrome and edge
