    Total incorrect

    This is a spotty problem.  On each of my forms, the total will sometimes be correct, and sometimes won't be. Within the same form.  The boxes next to the items are always checked properly.  And every form has the same issue.
    I'm only using the purchase order function, so luckily no payments are being received direct.  3 out of 4 tries is wrong... with that one random try that is correct.

    I'm guessing it might be tied to the fact that I used the duplicate form option from the beginning (I had over 20 nearly identical forms to create)... but I've changed the product and product price on each of them, and they saved properly - so is there something else I was supposed to do aside from delete every single product and start over?

    You are using the product options incorrectly. A product can have only one (1) quantity option. On the 'Ermano Jersey' product, for example, YS is the quantity option and is the only option that affects the total price. The others are just custom options, despite having numbers as their choices.

    Try checking the the 'Ermano Jersey' checkbox and selecting options other than 'YS' and you'll see what I mean.

    If YS, YM, YL, etc. are supposed to be variations of the 'Ermano Jersey' product, you should add them as separate products on the payment tool, for the meantime. In case you are wondering, we still have a pending feature request ticket for giving your buyers the ability to order multiple variations of a product without adding these variations as separate products.

    We'll inform you when the said 'feature' becomes available.

    Yes.  I am refering to this question stream.  So what you are saying is this feature is not yet available...?

    As for the total box at the bottom of our order form, we do not have one, because we need the form to generate the total.   Even though the total box is not on the main order form, when we receive confirmations, the order is totalled after to product listings, but the total is incorrect.

    Having to dedicate a line for multiple sizes, in one style, seems redundant and a waste of space and time.  We will have to list the same jersey 5 times...?  Same short 5 times...?  Same sock 3 times..? Same jacket 5 times...?   Same pant 5 times...?   Our order form is going to be rediculously long.  I would think there would be a web design angle to allow to order as our form is created.  This would also mean when we go to print the order, we will have all individual sizes for the different items, running downward, creating 5 pages for one order, instead of 1.  It would be extremely nice to be able to discuss this issue, without going back and forth through a load of answer threads.  It would appear Jotform is not set-up to work with businesses who have multiple sizes for the same item.

    Hi, I am just wondering if anything ever changed on this so that we can get a  correct total on the jotform.
