Hi there
I cannot access forms and form submissions shared with me. How can i rectify this?

Can you please provide us some more details like which forms have been shared with you i.e. form URL or from which account the forms are shared so that we can check and assist you accordingly.

I have received an email (attached) that a form has been completed, however when I click on “View all your submissions” in the footer of the email, I receive the response on the screenshot attached. This happens for all the submissions I receive via email.

I have checked the account and it appears that you have the right to access submissions of the form. I have cleared the form cache of both your account as well as the form owner's account. Can you please clear your browser cache and give it a try?
If it still doesn't work for you, can you please ask the form owner to remove and provide you the rights again?
Please let me know if the issue is still persisting at your end.

Can you please confirm the userID with the form owner?
I have checked the account of form owner and I do not see your email address web@globalvillage.world added.
Please check with the form owner and ask then to add this email address as a sub-user.
