My account has been auto-suspended

    Hello kind manager of Jotform,

    I am contacting you because my account has been suspended on suspicion of phishing, but the purpose of the "7) Delete Data" module is to delete the data of users registered for a service.

    The service in question is under development and the "7) Delete Data" module allows users to delete the data already provided for subscription to this service.

    Can you reactivate my account?

    Tell me if I need to make changes to the form in question.

    Your account was suspended because the form "92964904970369" was found collecting passwords.


    Collecting Passwords from the users is against our Terms of Use.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    I didn't know, so I will remove the "Password" request.But how do I go about reactivating my account?

    I have removed the offending fields and reactivated the account.

    You may now login to it again.
