Required fields

I have used my form for several years.  In it are several required fields.  However, this year, some of those required fields do not show up on the application when someone is filling it out.  Then when they try to submit it, it says they are missing a required field.  For now, I am going to "unrequire" fields since people are filling out the applications, but I would like to know how to make it work.  The one copied below is one I am not currently using.

I have tried answering your form and did not encounter any problems. Can you please be more specific on what required fields are not showing?

Moreover, I would appreciate if you can share me the form you are actually using so I can clone and further check it myself.
