    My height form not stay stable...

    Asked by gorgo on May 04, 2013 at 02:43 PM

    Hello,

    I create a form, you can see it here : http://www.teso-mmo.fr/communaute/les-guildes/proposer-une-guilde

    But sometimes, when I go on this page, I see the form but not the end of the form, he stop before the send button and I dont see the rest of the form.

    To resolve this problem, I go on Jotform, I dont change anything, I just click on Save button of my forum, I return on the website and the height of form is correct, I see the send button !

    Have you an idea of this problem ?

    Thanks a lot.

    Olivier Sohy.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Can you please try to re-embed your form code into your website using iFrame method without script code?

    For Example of iFrame code:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformeu.com/form/xxxxxxxxxxxxx" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1263px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message",handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Use only iFrame code and embed into your website.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotformeu.com/form/xxxxxxxxxxxxx" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1263px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    If the said issue still persist, do let us know.

    Thank you!
