    Hi Acedirectorfumc,

    If you are referring to cloning a form, Jotforms has user guide on Cloning an Existing Form from your Account and Cloning a Form from an Existing URL.


    However, if my understanding is incorrect, please provide some more details as what you wish to happen so I could help.

    In addition to @Sonny's suggestion, if you mean you would like to enable your users to upload a file into your forms such as an Image or Excel file, you can add the FILE UPLOAD field.

    Also, there are several widgets that you can add to your form which would allow users to upload files:

    1. Image Upload Preview - This widget lets users view the image they’ve selected to upload to your form. Upon preview, they can then decide whether to proceed with the submission or delete the image.

    2. Drag and Drop Upload - this widget allows the form user to drag a file from any location on his or her computer, and then drop it on the form.
