    Dear Sir or Madam, 


    I’m trying to login to my account but the website doesn’t allow me, even after resetting my password 

    it shows me that the account was suspended 

    what should I do? 

    please reply as soon as possible because there are forms that I need to use here

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I checked on your account/username AbdullaBehzad and I noted that it was suspended already. 

    You have forms on your account that were suspected as phishing forms and violates JotForm Terms of Use.

    If your purpose is not to collect these data from the general public, but from your own customers, then we can make an exemption provided that you comply with the following requirements:

    1. You need to delete the suspected forms on the account. 

    OR

    2. Add Terms of Use widget (for your users to read and agree). This will surely make your forms not to be considered as guilty of phishing activities

    3. Add a Signature widget where your users sign and agree to provide such sensitive information. 

    4. If possible, change the email address on your profile to one that shows your business domain rather than the public email address you currently show.

    We can only request for consideration to reactivate the account after you agree to delete the forms with issues and comply to the Terms.
