How to make the form visible to public?

I'm trying to allow some of my co-workers to view the form. However, they can't unless they make a jotform account or use facebook, etc. How do I make it to where it's sent out and people can just fill out the form?

You can just go to the Publish tab and copy the URL and sed it to the users you like. Here is a screenshot for your reference:

Hey. I’ve been copying and attempting to go to that page. It’s still not working. I sent the link to co-workers and they’re not seeing anything. I’ve tried on different computers and phones, still nothing.
I really want this to work. I really like this website and how easy the form is read.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!

Your form is currently visible only to your form assignee. If you would like to make the form publicly visible/accessible, please refer to my screencast below.

I don't want to make the form public for anyone to change. I want to make it for when we send the link out to the campers, they can actually view it. I sent them a test link to make sure it worked but nothing shows. I want to publish my form and when the campers click the link, it takes them to the page to fill out the form. I appreciate the help. 1580215362jotform Screenshot 10

This is what happens every time I send the link. Everyone gets this pop up and can't view the form.

When you assign the form to someone, they will have to signup with Jotform. They can either continue with Gmail or Facebook or they can signup as well. So as soon as they choose any of these options, they will then be taken further.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or need any help.

    Hey again.
Sorry the emails are spaced. Do you have to have facebook, google, or create an account for the camper to see the document?

No, creating an account is always optional for Form Assignees.  Here are additional details with the Assign Form option:

    1. If the assignee is not yet registered with Jotform, they'll get an email from us with the login information (their email and given password) to open the form.

    2. If the assignee is registered with Jotform, they'll get an email without a password. In this case, they'll have to log in with their registered username and password.

    3. If you've invited them using their Gmail and Facebook email, they can go ahead and sign in with Google/Facebook. However, if the email address is not yet registered with Jotform, logging in with these two will also register a Jotform account.

I hope that explains it. Please let us know if you need further information regarding the Assign Form feature.
