My participants are receiving a "tour is full" email but I don't understand why when I have a "no limit" setting on the number of submissions. I don't want there to be a limit (for the Tokyo Gem tour, first one on my events page). How do I fix this?

I have sent a test through your Toky Gem Tour form and did not reproduce the error
Can you please tell if the error has already been fixed?
