It seems your account was suspended due to your form 82042472384152 which is flagged as scam.

We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.
In line with this, we would like to request these information from you:
    1. The URL where your forms are used.
    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.
    3. Share with us a document that will prove that you're authorized to use the said logos.

We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid being flagged again by our phishing detector that can lead to another account suspension.

Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #2132762 as your subject.

We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

My URL forms including *82042472384152 *are not being used anywhere on the
internet. All but one form is the equivalent of a doodle and it has not
been deployed yet. In no form will you find incoming information from any
end users. If you do then they are test from myself. I do not have the
foggiest idea of what logo you are mentioning as far as *82042472384152 is
concerned. However, I will delete any logo that is found.*

Thank you for the added information however, we would need these information from you before we can lift the suspension:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.
    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

If possible change the your account's email address to a corporate domain.

The form seems to be sign-up form for a Fortnite tournament.

or we can just delete the form and lift the suspension.

"or we can just delete the form and lift the suspension." Let's go with
this option as I stated in the previous thread. Just delete the thread and
    lift the suspension.

Let me clarify few details before we remove the form. Fortnite is copyright for Epic Games - https://www.epicgames.com/fortnite/en-US/home. The use of Fortnite is a a copyright violation - violation in promoting it's tournaments.

Upon further checking with our review team, it is also noted that you are using a gmail address on your account and a lot of other logos in other forms that do not belong to you.

Here are a couple of forms that were found suspicious:

43648267670161 -  showcasing phone numbers in images

    15811321760802_5.png

53416770766160 - shows investment opportunities for an investment company.

Due to this wide range of forms, we would like to know if you are web developer/designer. If yes, you can use your gmail address in the account. But we need proof to show that you are not just using Logos and using IDs to do business.

If you are not a web developer, we will require you to change your account email address to your business domain address and also provide proof that you are authorized to use logos in all your forms.

Please note that we are asking these information as a one time thing so that we can identify the authenticity of the account and white list you.

You can provide us all the proof to reviewers@jotform.com with the Thread #2132762 as the email subject.

Our anti-phishing tool automatically detects the forms to be suspicious. Hence as the form: '82042472384152' is marked as spam you need to send the proofs to 'reviewers@jotform.com' which my colleague has already mentioned.

What's the policy against using my conference call number.

You can use this conference call number image but you need to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid being flagged. Please refer to our terms of use to know more information. https://www.jotform.com/terms/

    Regards.
