Revert my subscription to my silver yearly plan

    Buongiorno,

    In data 11 dicembre ho pagato il servizio silver annuale e ora avete sospeso il piano completamente. Potete ripristinate il piano corretto?

    Hello Alessia - We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I also issued a refund for the last payment (Silver monthly plan - I-JTVKKHL2DBYJ), it should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.

    I also upgraded your account to Silver yearly plan, kindly check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
