    Print Icon on Inbox View does nothing when clicked

    Hello, there is a little green printer icon when you view a submission from the inbox. It's on the right side. I want to print this submission but when I use the browser's print dialog, I get all the other items on the page, I assume if the printer icon worked, it would only print that submission for that form. Right or Wrong?

    I am on a Mac using Safari (latest) and Mountain Lion. I've tried Firefox and Chrome as well. The pointer finger shows up when I hover over it, but it does nothing when I click it.

    P.S. I can print the email message that I received after the submission, but I thought maybe it would look cleaner and better from the website option.

    Hi,

    I am able to replicate the problem here. I have now forwarded this issue to our development team so they can fixed this as soon as possible.

    What you can do for now is to print submissions via submissions page.

    a. Select a form,

    b. Click submissions button on the top toolbar,

    c. Click print button on submissions page

    Hi. Thanks for reporting this. There was a slight bug in some of the new code I released onto the site which was causing this error. Sorry about that.

    I have just issued a fix for this so you should now be able to print your submissions correctly.

    Please let me know if you have any further problems.
