    Hi gang,

I'm trying to create a form to that shows 3 subscription plans side-by-side. I am only using Photos and Free Text to create the form. Here is a test with one column called Basic Access. Now I need to add a center column called Standard Access and a third to the right called Premium Access. Clicking on the correct graphic will redirect the reader to the proper jotform for actual subscribing. Is this possible in jotform?

    Thanks for the help,

    Kerry

    Hi,

This can be achieved by using the Shrink function that we have and positioning the fields according to how you want it to look. Please refer to this guide to learn more about field positioning: http://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-Field-Positioning

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you.
