Problems with the Captcha

    Hello,

I have attached an image of what is happening after we tested the form for this organization. It seems that the CAPTCHA is cut off to the point where there can be no verification, and thus no form sent.

Please help us as soon as you can, and thanks for your assistance ahead of time.

It looks like a browser issue. What browser do you use?

Can you please try to clear cache, cookies and recent history in your browser and then test again?

We will wait for your response.

    64 bit Firefox

OK, I tested it again with the the total clearance of the browser and it seemed to work fine. I cannot trust this though, and will have to take the captcha off, as if people attempt to sign in and have the same caching situation as the one I had, they will most probably find the same situation. Thanks for your help.

Ok. Thank you for your feedback.

As a workaround, instead of the captcha, you can prevent users to submit the form, if they do not verify the entered email address.

Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
