    Hi,

I also tried the workaround I read in one of the articles here. It's about using text and embedding the youtube iframe. However, it does not work as well.

The youtube widget has error and the embed iframe is not working.

    Please help.

    Thanks.

    Warren

The YouTube widget seems to be working properly when I test it.

Could you please share the YouTube video link in question so we will be able to troubleshoot the issue?

the said youtube link is not working on the previewer and in actual form. In addition, even the default youtube link in the youtube widget is not working as well. The error is about playback ID. Thanks.

Thank you for providing us your YouTube URL.

I tested this URL on a test demo form with the YouTube widget and it is working fine.

Please check this demo form: https://form.jotform.com/200268722777057

Here is a screen-cast from this form which shows both the default YouTube video and your URL, both of which are working fine.

Please clear your browser cache, re log into your JotForm account and then test. I have additionally cleared the form caches in your account.

    Hi,

Yes its working on demo form you created, but not on my form. I tried it again but the error is still the same when I test it in previewer and actual phone.

If it's not too much to ask, can you do it in my form? I already added the youtube widgets (4) I needed. Here's the link to my form: https://form.jotform.com/200221734370038

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Warren,

As requested, I have added your YouTube link in all widgets -

But when I published the form and checked, it is giving the same error.

When I cloned the form, it is working fine.

Could you clone the form and check if you are seeing the videos correctly - https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL?

Please test and let us know the update.

Thank you so much Gerard. The youtube widget is working now when I cloned it. However, I have to clone it everytiime I edit or update the video clips for it to work.

We apologize for this inconvenience. I checked your form "200300540291437" and it seems that the videos are working fine

Please be sure to click on "Update widget" inside the widget settings, every time you change the video.

I have additionally cleared your form cache. Please check and let us know.
