Hi, got a few questions!
Do you just charge us the $10 for that particular month?
Do we lose the completed forms that are over the amount?
Does the 100 count run over a calendar month or say a rolling sum of the previous 30 days?

Thank you for contacting us with regards to this matter.
Once you reach submission limits, your form/s will be temporarily disabled and you can't received anymore submissions from your customers/clients. Your account and form will be activate again once you either upgrade your account or with for the next month for the counter resets. Counter reset every first day of the following month.

- onetribeAnswered on August 21, 2014 at 06:47 PMIs there any chance that you could automatically charge the $10 upgrade plan cost if more submissions are made (or enable that as an option) I'd think most users would prefer for their forms not to break, and would gladly pay as their need increases. I have several sites that hover on the range of 100 submissions per month, sometimes much lower, and sometimes a little higher. It would be difficult to manage plans for each of them on a monthly basis based on the current number of submissions.
