I cannot get into my form

    Hi, There. I just upgraded, and I am not able to get in to my registration form.

    It says I need to upgrade to bronze. Am I missing something?

    Our system has put your account to the Overlimit status. You've reached the submissions limit of your account, which is 100. Your forms are currently disabled due to this. 

    The upgrade payment is for the Storage plan, which has the same limit of the free plan. The only advantage of the Storage plan is the unlimited Total Submissions Storage. 

    The Monthly Submissions and the Total Submissions Storage are not the same.

    You have to upgrade to increase the limit and reactivate your forms or wait until the next month's reset.
