Hi there, I do love Jotform! BUT...there's a fault. If you use the password text box, it turns the hint word, which populates the box you type into, into hidden circles, which it shouldn't. In other words, if you use a password box, it's impossible to give people a hint (and you have to delete the hint word before you can type your password).Page URL:

I checked your form and see that you have set the "Default Value" in your password field. "Hint Example" type property is not available for password field. Any value in password field is not human readable anyways.
Request you to please use "Hover Text" property to display hint to your user.

I'm a paying member of Jotform. I rely on it for running the contact and passwords of all my websites.
All my contact forms have gone and the passwords don't work. If I try to access the site it tells me my IP is blocked.
This is EXTREMELY DAMAGING for me and my heart is thumping with anger. How can this have happened?
Please please can you help. My username is hiley. My name is Mark Hiley.
I run legitimate businesses and I can't possibly have done anything to violate any Jotform rules.

I have unsuspended your account and whitelisted your forms, I can see that you are using the password field to be able to access a certain page and not interms of phishing. For some reasons our filter mistakenly identified the form as being used for phishing and causes the account to be auto-suspended.
If this happens again, please just let us know and we will lift the suspension.
