I cannot view any of my existing forms and I cannot create new forms

Asked by Darren Edwards on May 05, 2013 at 09:21 PM

A few weeks ago I was unable to log in to Jotform using any of your .com .net .us domains. The problem righted itself for a few days but I can no longer login again.

I have cleared my browser cache again, cleared all history, cokkies etc and still no success. When I enert my username and password the browser simply says waiting for Jotform. After 10 minutes of watching the screen I thought I had best contact you to troubleshoot.

    Cheers

I have a heap of forms I need to access and edit or create and connot do anything.

I even tried creating a new account and the browser just hangs.

    @invisage

I checked your account and don't see any issue with it. I am able to view all your forms under you "My Forms". Request you to clear your browser cache and log back in to your JotForm account. This should solve your issue.

Let us know if you continue to have this issue.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

I have tried this in Chrome (where the screen shots are from), Firefox and IE with exactly the same results. It used to work perfectly but over the past month I have not been able to access my forms regularly with these repeat issues.

I have tried both of these urls' and cant even get past the landing
screen. I have attached the screen shot. I cant close the JotForm
Builder popup in the centre of the screen. I clock the red X and nothing
happens. I click the Tutorial and get started button and nothing happens
    either.

    HI Welvin
I have successfully logged in via http://jotform.us/login but when I
click on MYFORMS tab the below screen shot is all I see.
I have tested this on 5 PC's so far all running a combination of Windows
    7 and Windows 8.
I have run my browsers in safe mode and still no success.
I have checked and javascript was and still is enabled

I have just opened up the chrome developer tab in the hope this might
    offer more information.
When I login and click MYFORMS, this is the error syntax that is
    reported.

    Hi,

I am interested to see the error syntax when viewing My Forms page, unfortunately, our forum cannot accept email attachments. Please upload that to imageshack.us or tinypic.com, get the link and paste it here. You can also use Pasteboard — Easy Image Uploads, if your browser supports the function/interface.

    Thanks

    Hi,

You are logging in/viewing my forms using jotformpro.com, we recommend using jotform.us/myforms or jotform.com/myforms.

Please do not switch domains when viewing any part of our site. Please make sure that you are still on the domain where you've logged in. Have you been automatically redirected?

    Thanks

Please update us for the result when using jotform.us/myforms or jotform.com/myforms for viewing my forms - if you're still able to see such errors on Chrome console.

I see. Thanks for the additional information - this should help. I have noted the screenshot on the report about your issue. I guess this is the reason why you're unable to access your forms.

We'll update you any additional findings from our developers.

Thanks for your patience and time.

    Hi,

Another thing is that, your second screenshot (http://pasteboard.co/2fayAyKV.jpg) shows that you are not logged in. Can you please logged in?

    1. Make sure that you are properly logged in to any Jotform domain - if in case you are redirected.

    2. If you click "My Forms" and if it still shows the "Login" button on the upper right menu, that means that you are not logged in to your account. Please check and make sure to connect or login: https://shots.jotform.com/welvin/screen/n7rv52v3at.png.

I'm sorry for the confusion. Again, I think the error on Chrome Console is the reason of this problem.

Thanks for your time helping us troubleshoot this one.

    Hi, invisage,

My guess is that, a wrong cache of one of our javascript url's causing this problem. If it is possible can you email me at kemal@jotform.com so that I can ask some questions regarding the issue.

    Thanks.
