I have a wordpress blog and have been unsuccessful at embeding the form my site.  I have followed the directions, read through the FAQ and still am unable to embed.  I place the embed code on the Text page, but when I switch over to the Visual page there is nothing there.  I have tried the Wordpress code, and that doesn't work either.  I currently have it linked, but I want the form embedded on the site.  What do I need to do to make this happen?  Please help!  Thank you, Cindy

P.S. The screen shot attached is what it looks like when I attempt to embed the source code, it looks fine until I publish it, then it looks like that.  It is strictly bullet points and non-interactive.

Unfortunately, adding forms to wordpress.com is not possible since wordpress.com does not allow forms, javascripts or iframes. The only way to link the form is to use your form URL.

We are happy to announce that WordPress.com now supports Jotform. You can now embed forms to your WordPress.com hosted websites.

    Thank you!!
