Form Accessibility: Simplicity theme - Screen Reader not appropriately picking up radio buttons and checkboxes

I've made my form accessible, but Jaws and Windows 10 screen reader is not picking up the radio buttons.  

Unfortunately, it looks like the radio button styles of the Simplicity form theme are not fully compatible with the Jaws screen reader. I will submit a ticket to see if this is something that can be improved.

In the meantime,  you may consider applying a Default Theme to your form:

Then, applying a color scheme similar to your current one:

This way you will have the radio buttons with default styles in your form. These radio buttons should be picked up correctly by the Jaws screen reader.
