Mobile Application: Missing offline submissions.

I use this form for registration for my CPR students: CPR Roster. One of the many reasons I use this form is I have to create certification cards and before could never read anyone's handwriting. Everything works fine when I am connected to wifi. However my classes take me to many different locations, a lot of them don't have wifi.

I have Jotform mobile on my Chromebook. I have tried using the form multiple times while offline. Upon returning home, the form is usually e-mailed to my entered e-mail. But it is not found in the submission portion of Jotform. I was curious if this is a known issue or if you had any idea on how this problem could be resolved. I absolute love the concept of using this form, but the failed submissions is making it more difficult afterwards.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi Shane,

I have checked and cloned your form, then I tried to run a test submission offline using my mobile device and the submission synced on the form right after connecting again to my network. Kindly try using a different device or install and reinstall the mobile application on your device.

As I can see it, you have a total of 3 submissions on your form, however, I have checked your mail logs and there were submissions that are not showing on the submission page.

Kindly provide us some submission IDs that are missing, but you were able to receive it on your email so that we can take a closer look. We will wait for your response.

    Jot Form Staff,
This evening I completed two submissions while offline. When returning
home I connected to Wifi. One of the forms was e-mailed and showed up in my
submissions on Jotform, the other form was only e-mailed to me and did not
show up in submissions. For most people this wouldn't be a big deal,
however I need this form on the original pdf with signatures. When it is

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Since your form notification has an edit submission option (see screenshot below), please click on that and resubmit the form.

That will definitely add the submission to your submission page.

However, I'm not sure why the submission related to that email is not synced to your submission page. The notification has been triggered which means it's already synced by the app.

Anyway, kindly try the workaround I mentioned and let us know how it goes.
