    @Smondoville

    Yes you can do that by using the "Unique Question" functionality.

    Unfortunatey, that will not be possible. Unique question can be just checked on one form field.

    OK , can i make a hidden field and merge the data from two different fields into this hidden field and make this merged hidden field as a unique field?

    @Smondoville

    I am not sure how you can do that in form builder but i am sure you can achieve this if you download the form's source code and use javascript to merge the value of two fileds and then assign it to your unique question.

    Please let us know if you need help on this and i will be happy to try and implement it in your form.

    Thanks,

    @Smondoville

    You can add one hidden field in your form and set its value to the merged text (of two fields) through javascript. This text will be saved as submission data.

    How i will add another field value in this hidden field?

    @Smondoville

    You can do that through javascript.

    Once you download your form's source code, you will have to get the value of the two fields and merge/concatenate and set this value to the hidden field using javascript.

    Thanks,

    @Smondoville

    I responded to you on your other thread.

    /*****COPIED TEXT*****/

    Please refer this guide on how to get your form source code:http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-your-Form-Source-Code

    You cannot publish the source code to the same form. You will have to add this source code into your own website just like you embed your form with embed script.

    Here is how:

    1. Download your form's source code.

    2. Implement your changes.

    3. Create one html page in your site and copy the updated code there.

    Thansk,

    Sidharth
