I am trying to upload PDF Form

I would like to upload a candidate profile PDF then send a link from jotform to my candidate to complete and send back to me electronically after its completed?

Are you looking to pre-fill the form with data from a PDF document? 

If so, unfortunately this is not currently possible, but you may prefill the form with some data and send the form to the user for completion, then get the form back to you. 

You may create your form with the needed fields and then fill in the data you currently have, you may set an email that is sent to the user, once he receives the email completes the form and submit it again, you then receive the email with the user's information. 

You may use an email autoresponder to send the form to the user and email notifications so you receive the form and data back, these guides will help you setting up the emails:
