Is JotForm NIST compliant?

I am considering using JotForm as a selling platform for a raffle tickets.

Websites and applicable software or hardware that stores or receives personal information  of ticket buyers must be in compliance with the National Institute of Standards and  Technology (NIST) Guidelines on Securing Public Web Servers;

We take security very seriously. JotForm is PCI DSS Service Provider Level I Compliant. We also offer a HIPAA compliance solution. According to our Security Operations Team, the NIST framework is similar to how we handle situations in-house. However, we do not claim that we are NIST compliant. I have raised a ticket on your behalf; if the NIST compliance will be announced at some point, you will be informed.
