I have a form (POHH RSVP) that works as I'd like but penci and enlarge icon shows.

    On the site it shows a Pencil on the upper left and the Screen enlarge on the right.

    How to I get rid of these?

    You are seeing that icon because you are logged in as the account owner. Users or customers will not see that icon.
