How can I create a customised form?

    Hope you are fine.

    Currently i have a problem: i am sending pdf files with forms to my clients. And i am looking for an alternative solution.

    I need online forms with possibility of information re-fill.

    It means during the project lifetime information for each customer in its specific form can be changed.

    So i should have a possibility to fill-in all details with the customer at the beginning of project and all that data should be saved in this specific form.

    Once anything changes in the project either me or customer should have possibility to change data in the form for that project(it means that for same questions answers will be changed).

    Each time anything changes i should get the notification about any changes in it.

    I am not sure if I understand your requirement correctly. Do you mean to have two forms i.e., customer information form and project form? Do you want to send the data from the customer information form data to project form? If so, you may pass the form data to another form by following the guide below:

    If you want to edit the form submission data after submitting the form, you may edit the form submission from your Jotform account. Please see the guide below:

    You can receive the email notification when the submission is edited by enabling the option 'Send on Edit' in the Advanced section of the email notification.
